Meetings

The Hancock County Builders Council holds a general membership meeting once a month from January through November. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month at noon at Central Indiana Power, 2243 E. Main St, in Greenfield. Thanks to CIP for use of their meeting space.

Membership meetings include a buffet lunch, speaker and cash prize drawings. The cost to attend is $11 per person with advance registration or $13 without a registration. All charges are payable at the door. Non-members are welcome to attend. 

The golf outing takes the place of the monthly membership meeting in May. In December, the Council sponsors an annual holiday party for its members in lieu of the monthly membership meeting. In July of 2005 we held our first go kart outing at Mark Dismore's New Castle Motorsports Park. The go kart outing has become an annual event.

As someone who does business in central Indiana, you might be interested in joining the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis. Being an association member means you will join over 1000 firms in the Central Indiana area  receiving access to educational seminars, trade shows, networking opportunities, and up-to-date information on industry issues, both locally and nationally.

As a member of BAGI you also have the opportunity to join the Hancock County Builders Council. Participation in this council puts you in touch with over 160 local  member firms and industry issues particular to Hancock County.
